- Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices as per client requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, accounts, and dispatch for order fulfillment
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and maintain good client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, leads, and client communications
- Support in preparing sales reports, MIS, and tracking sales targets
- Ensure timely processing of orders and documentation
- Follow up with customers for payments, order confirmations, and service feedback
- Manage CRM or sales software for data entry and tracking leads
- Assist in marketing campaigns, product catalog updates, and customer communication
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2 to 6 years of experience in back office sales support or a similar role
