Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports as directed.
  2. Document Management: Organize, index, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and other relevant paperwork. Monitor deadlines, court dates, and important milestones for ongoing cases.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain and update case files, records, and databases accurately and confidentially.
  4. Data Entry and Analysis: Enter and update relevant information into the company's case management system or other databases. Conduct legal research using online resources and assist in preparing research summaries.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for clients, attorneys, and other staff members.
  6. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to legal and ethical standards in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
