Primary Responsibility:

The Banking Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and operational support activities for the bank. The role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining records, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth backend operations without direct customer interaction.

• Processing and verifying banking documents and transactions.
• Maintaining customer account records and data entry.
• Handling NEFT, RTGS, and online transaction records.
• Checking and verifying KYC documents.
• Preparing daily operational reports.
• Supporting front office staff with backend processing.
• Ensuring accuracy in financial data and documentation.
• Handling emails, files, and internal communication.
• Updating customer details in the banking software system.
