Role Description

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling and overseeing administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. This full-time, on-site position is based in Rajkot. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, processing data, coordinating with other departments, maintaining documentation, and assisting in financial record management. The role also requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and Finance-related tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other office management software
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Relevant work experience or a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields
