Job Role :

  • Candidate should be Kowledge for Tally and Excel
  • Billing Cordiantion between sales or accounting team
  • Payment follow ups through calls & emails
  • Billing data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PPT

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors via email and phone.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and data entry procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
