Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory
  • Handle dispatch activities including packaging and shipment coordination
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports for stock and dispatch tracking
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials

Key Skills Required

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Inventory and stock management understanding
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks like loading/unloading
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in back office
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
