Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory
- Handle dispatch activities including packaging and shipment coordination
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports for stock and dispatch tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials
Key Skills Required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Inventory and stock management understanding
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks like loading/unloading
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in back office
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
