Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Pune. The Back Office Executive will manage daily back-office operations, coordinate office activities, and provide support to various departments. Responsibilities include maintaining records, overseeing communication processes, assisting in sales operations, and providing financial administrative support. The role requires an individual capable of multitasking, working independently, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal coordination and external interactions
  • Understanding of Sales processes to assist in sales administration tasks
  • Fundamental knowledge of Finance for managing financial records and budgets
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
