Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Location: Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Pathankot

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling administrative, documentation, and support tasks to ensure smooth operations of the organization. Works closely with different departments to process data, maintain records, and assist in day-to-day back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and update records, databases, and documentation.

· Handle data entry, verification, and reporting.

· Coordinate with internal teams for operational support.

· Process and review financial/administrative transactions.

· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

· Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (except B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
