Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive at Seth Industrial Corporation Pvt Ltd., based in Ludhiana. The E-commerce Executive will manage operations on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, handle back-office tasks related to e-commerce platforms, oversee product listings, resolve customer queries, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing sales data to implement strategies for improved performance across platforms.

• Proficiency in Account Management with a focus on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart
• Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive e-commerce growth
• Team Management abilities to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and understanding of marketplace algorithms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
• Basic knowledge of excel and Canva
