Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Back Office Executive, located in Jaipur. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing back-end office operations, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining accurate records. Key duties include managing data entry tasks, handling documentation, supporting finance-related processes, communicating with internal teams, and assisting with sales operations and reporting. The role requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills to maintain seamless operational support within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations processes
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate internal and external interactions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Sales processes and support functions
- Familiarity with Finance processes and handling financial transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, data management tools)
- Prior experience in a similar role in office administration or operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
