- Upload and update survey reports received from surveyors on company software/website
- Generate and share daily reports with customers
- Coordinate customer requests for surveys/inspections with depot surveyors
- Liaison between customers and surveyors
- Ensure timely submission of reports and smooth workflow while maintaining TAT
