Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at our Kolkata metropolitan area location. The Back Office Executive will manage and support daily office operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth workflow. Primary responsibilities include data entry, record keeping, and providing administrative support. The role also involves assisting in sales and financial activities as required, ensuring effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
- Strong Communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with teams and clients
- Basic knowledge of Sales and Finance to support related activities
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office tools and email management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, though not mandatory
