Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will manage back-office operations, assist with office workflows, support sales processes, and handle finance-related tasks. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and related functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to ensure smooth business processes.
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support sales teams and customer inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of Finance operations, including data management and recordkeeping.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office and other relevant applications.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
