patient Admission & Registration
- Execute instructions from the Head of Department (HOD)
- Collect and collate required patient information, including doctor consultations and equipment usage details
- Process patient admissions and registrations accurately
Billing & Account Management
- Handle patient billing and ensure 24-hour turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and financial records
- Coordinate with relevant departments for billing clarifications
Communication & Coordination
- Address and resolve patient queries promptly
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution
- Manage hospital mailbox and respond to inquiries professionally
- Communicate with patients regarding reports and documentation
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO and NABH standards
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
- Typing speed of minimum 45 words per minute
