Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will handle daily operational tasks such as managing back-office processes, maintaining records, supporting communication workflows, and assisting in finance and sales-related tasks. The role involves accurate data management, organizational support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and correspondence.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Finance and Sales operations to support related tasks.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools, including MS Office Suite and data management systems.
  • Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
