Responsibilities

Manage and maintain documentation and records in an organized manner.
Assist in data entry and database management tasks.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Provide support in processing customer orders and inquiries.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
Handle communication with clients via email and phone.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
