Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and recruit potential, through field activities, references, and local networks.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to the new recruits to ensure their success and address any concerns.

Conduct induction and initial training as per the company standards.

Maintain accurate records of activities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations.

Participate in regular review meetings and performance assessments.
