Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Respond to emails and assist in communication with clients/vendors when required.

Manage data entry and ensure accuracy of information.

Support accounts, HR, or other departments as needed.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Prior relevant experience in a back office or administrative role preferred.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Good working knowledge of computer applications, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
