Back Office Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will perform administrative and operational tasks, support sales and finance activities, manage documentation, and assist with internal coordination. The role requires multi-tasking, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of back-office operations, all while working closely with various internal departments.

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to ensure seamless daily administrative and organizational tasks.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales processes, including data entry, order management, and customer support.
• Understanding of Finance basics, such as billing, record-keeping, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in using office software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
