Role Overview
Will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day back-office processes including data checking, validation, file management, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily back-office operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
- Conduct data validation, verification, and file uploads while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
- Review output from the operations team to ensure consistency and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients for process updates, issue resolution, and performance feedback.
- Prepare, review, and present operational reports and MIS dashboards for seniors.
- Identify process improvement areas to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.
- Support implementation of automation tools or system upgrades within operations.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- BCom graduate
- 2+ years of experience in back-office operations or data management roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
