Telecaller cum Back Office role blends customer communication with administrative duties, involving outbound/inbound calls (sales, support, follow-ups), data entry, managing CRM records, preparing reports (Excel/Word), handling documentation,

Calling to potential candidates and inform them about courses

Query handling of the students

Support office staff in the Daily operations

Serving Tea/coffee to office staff and guests

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to explain products/services.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

Maintain call logs and follow up with interested leads.

Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed.

Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during calls.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry.
