Roles & Responsibilities:

To handle inbound calls and process relevant information, flow or request and accomplish any task within the realm of defined service levels and quality standards.

To handle multiple call queues of different processes and provide the requisite solution to the satisfaction of the customer.

To drive first call resolution.

To typically use call management tools and platform.

To efficiently pull out/verify/update information and close transactions in the prescribed formats on the internal systems.
