Back End Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer who loves building APIs, handling databases, and scaling real-world products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Familiarity with Front-End Development fundamentals
• Experience with Programming languages relevant to back-end development
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with database management and system architecture is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop & maintain backend APIs
• Work with databases (CRUD, optimization, security)
• Integrate third-party services & payment gateways
• Collaborate with frontend & product teams
• Improve performance, scalability & reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code

Requirements

Knowledge of Node.js / Python

Basic understanding of REST APIs

Experience with MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL

Familiar with authentication, authorization & API security

Basic Git & deployment knowledge
