About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python (Django) or GoLang to join our growing engineering team, which includes alumni from some of the top institutes across the globe, such as MIT and the IITs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with payment systems or ad engines and a deep understanding of secure, high-volume data processing.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services Python or GO lang.
Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, full stack developers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design principles.
Mentor Junior Engineers
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer.
Strong proficiency in Python(Django) or GO lang.
Prior experience in the payment or martech domain.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, concurrency patterns, modern architectural patterns, and relational database design (SQL) with the ability to model and optimize data for scalability and performance.
Experience with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
