Back-end Developer (Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to architecture design, infrastructure planning, and code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
- Experience with AWS cloud services is a strong plus.
- Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Proven experience in production-level projects and agile team environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of code and systems.
