Position Overview
The company is hiring 2–3 backend engineers across its revenue-critical product pods — Payments, KYC, and Account Aggregator (AA). Seat assignment is determined at offer based on candidate domain expertise and current pod priority. Engineers own workstreams end-to-end: design, build, ship to dates, and operate in production. Raising the bar through design docs, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers is a core expectation, not optional.
