Back-End Developer

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer passionate about building scalable and efficient server-side applications. You will work with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure powering our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable server-side logic.
• Design and manage APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Optimize database queries and structures for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Write clean, secure, and testable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in production and staging environments.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Node.js, Python, PHP (project-dependent)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Frameworks: Express.js, Django, Laravel (project-dependent)
• Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs, AWS/GCP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
• Strong knowledge of server-side technologies and API design.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).
