Back End Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL, and Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems and ensuring high performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

Implement microservices architecture and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with RESTful API development.

Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

Exposure to Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and security best practices.
