About the role

We're looking for a Founding AI+Full Stack Engineer to join our core team and build intelligent systems that drive product workflows, automate document analysis, personalize offers, and enable conversational agents - but also own the end-to-end customer experience by building and scaling full-stack applications. If you're excited about building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and decision engines - and want to work on real problems like affordability matching, loan eligibility prediction, or OCR-based onboarding - this is your playground.

Your Impact As a Founding Engineer

Architect, build, and deploy scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

Design and optimize relational schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL

Build and maintain LLM-powered agents for document parsing, negotiation, navigation, and customer support.

Integrate and fine-tune RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

Develop decisioning systems (BREs) for eligibility checks, affordability scoring, and cross-sell logic.

Operate, monitor, and secure infrastructure on AWS / GCP / Azure.

Collaborate endtoend with the frontend team (React.js) to deliver seamless customer experiences

Mentor interns or junior engineers and help shape team practices and tech direction

Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js / Next.js and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, shadcn/ui).

Collaborate end-to-end with design and product to ship customer-facing features.

What We're Looking For

35 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships)

Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

Experience building and deploying GenAI/NLP/RAG-based applications in production

Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), vector stores (Pinecone, Qdrant), and prompt engineering.

Deep understanding of PostgreSQL or MySQL (schema design, migrations, query performance)

Experience operating systems on AWS, GCP or Azure

Medium familiarity with React.js and frontend architectures

Holistic system design mindset with an ability to move from whiteboard to production independently Tools You'll Use
