Job Summary
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role involves building scalable backend services, developing RESTful APIs, and working in cloud-based environments to support enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and manage RESTful APIs for high-performance applications
- Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture
- Work on database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments
- Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Core Java (Java 8+)
- JAVA Backend+ Cloud - Core Java [Preferable 1.8 or later], Spring Boot, Restful Web Api, Microservices, OAuth, Spring Security, Google Cloud.
- Spring Boot experience which should be 6+ years
- Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
- Microservices architecture
- REST APIs
- SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure or GCP)
- Application deployment
- Environment configuration
- Version control: Git
- Build tools: Maven / Gradle
Cloud & DevOps (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:
- AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) or
- Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps) or
- GCP
- Experience with Docker (containerization)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Good to Have
- Spring Security (JWT / OAuth2)
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Cassandra)
- Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, App Insights, etc.)
- Healthcare / BFSI domain experience
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently in an Agile environment
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
