About the RoleWe're on the hunt for a backend engineer who loves building fast, scalable systemsand isn't afraid of a little chaos (the fun startup kind). If you're someone who can turn business logic into clean APIs, optimize cloud deployments in your sleep, and knows when to use Kubernetes (and more importantly, when not to)read on.
This is an on-site role based in Delhi/NCR. We believe great things happen when smart people sit around the same table and build together.
What You'll Be Doing- Building and scaling backend services that power real-world user experiences
- Designing APIs (REST/GraphQL) that are clean, fast, and future-proof
- Working across AWS and GCP to deploy, manage, and scale infrastructure
- Running containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes
- Architecting systems using microservices principles
- Collaborating with product, design, frontend, and QA teams to ship end-to-end features
- Setting up monitoring, alerts, and logging for reliable production systems
- Writing code that's maintainable, testable, and makes your future self proud
What You Should Know Already- Strong with Node.js, Go, or Python
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) and/or GCP (Cloud Run, GKE)
- Have worked on Docker + Kubernetes in production
- Understand CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Know your way around GraphQL or REST API design
- Can monitor and debug like a pro using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
Bonus Points For- Experience with gRPC, Kafka, or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with serverless frameworks
- Handling real-time data (WebSockets, Pub/Sub)
- Love for writing documentation and building developer-friendly systems
- Interest in system design, distributed systems, or anything you geek out on
