Backend Developer (MongoDB + Golang/Java)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Golang or Java (minimum working knowledge required).
- Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and performance.
- Build scalable REST APIs and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Contribute to improving overall system performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, performance tuning).
- Working knowledge of Golang or Java for backend development.
- Solid understanding of API development and microservice principles.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and basic DevOps workflows.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
