Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in backend development and modern microservices architecture. This role combines deep technical ownership with team leadership and delivery responsibility.
What you'll do:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
2. Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers
3. Drive architecture decisions, code quality, and best practices
3. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
4. Contribute to and guide development involving Python and AI/LLM-based capabilities
What we're looking for:
1. Strong experience in Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot
2. Working knowledge of Python and exposure to AI / LLM technologies
3. Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams
4. Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and system design
5. Excellent English communication skills
