About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our Digital team. You will play a dual role – bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams (BA responsibilities) while also facilitating Agile processes and driving continuous improvement (Scrum Master responsibilities).
This role requires strong analytical thinking, facilitation skills, and an Agile mindset to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives in a cloud-native, automation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyze business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog Management: Support the Product Owner in refining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
• Documentation: Create functional specifications, process flows, and traceability matrices to ensure clarity between requirements and delivery.
• Change & Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of new requirements and recommend feasible solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Product Management, Solution Management, and business stakeholders to align product vision with execution.
• Validation & Testing Support: Ensure requirements are testable and work with QA teams to validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, PI Planning readiness, and synchronization meetings (Scrum of Scrums, ART syncs, etc.).
• Coaching & Mentorship: Guide teams in Agile principles, help remove impediments, and foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Execution Tracking: Monitor progress of features/capabilities, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Metrics & Reporting: Prepare burn-down charts, velocity reports, and status updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops and drive initiatives to improve team agility and delivery practices.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks early, ensure built-in quality practices, and support release planning activities.

What We Expect from You
• Experience: 4–8 years in Business Analysis, Scrum Mastery, or a hybrid role.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, processes, and systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory):
o Scrum: CSM/PSM, SAFe Scrum Master
o Business Analysis: IIBA CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA
