Job Description
The role is responsible for managing the organization's fixed asset operations, supporting the budgeting process, and ensuring accuracy in general ledger accounting. The candidate will contribute to financial integrity, compliance, and timely reporting by performing detailed reconciliations, monitoring asset lifecycles, and assisting in periodic financial planning activities.
Principal Accountabilities
Maintain precise and uptodate fixed asset records by validating capitalization depreciation CWIP movements and asset lifecycle transactions ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and audit requirementsbr Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing reliable financial estimates validating data inputs performing variance analysis and ensuring budget figures are aligned with operational and strategic objectivesbr Prepare and review management reports with a high degree of accuracy by validating financial data ensuring consistency across systems and delivering timely insights to support decisionmaking
