Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather Business requirements and conducts analysis on high-level requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Liaise with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
- Partner with product management and stakeholders for project delivery.
- Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by organizing and requesting regular updates from cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with various business units to gather requirements and resolve Issues.
- Managing business communication and project documentation.
- Report status and issues to the Project Managers.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a business needs point of view.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate (BE, B.Tech, B.Com) and Postgraduate (M.Tech/MBA) with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience in Capital Market or Wealth Management or Investment Banking domain.
- Should have hands on experience in writing Business Requirements and Functional Requirement Documents.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies, defining and documenting user requirements, carrying out system testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various functional and multicultural groups in a complex global environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while often working independently and with little direct supervision to accomplish goals.
- Ability to quickly understand high level business process and help to design solutions.
- Must have Knowledge of databases and intermediate level knowledge in SQL.
- Hands on experience with project management and business analysis software.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Reporting tools like PowerBI / Tableau.
- Interest in AI productivity tools
