Own end-to-end functional leadership for digital payments and wallet platform programs across multiple countries and operating companies.
Drive business model evolution including functional scope definition, gap analysis, impact assessment, and alignment across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners.
Act as the functional custodian and SPOC between business, product, technology, and delivery teams from proposal through post–go-live.
Establish and maintain end-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) across large, multi-country programs.
Classify and govern requirements identified at proposal, implementation, UAT/pilot, and post go-live stages.
Drive scope control, change governance, and impact analysis with clear leadership visibility into risks, dependencies, and scope evolution.
Lead business analysis ownership across multiple geographies, managing regulatory, operational, platform, and integration complexities.
Support delivery across implementation, SIT, UAT, dry run/pilot, hypercare, and post go-live phases.
Define, standardize, and transition BA processes across discovery, implementation, testing, pilot, and hypercare stages.
Mentor and guide Business Analysts on requirement quality, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and functional validation.
Define and institutionalize JIRA-based requirement and delivery practices including workflows, traceability, defect lifecycle, and reporting dashboards.
Establish consistent ways of working across internal and external teams to ensure execution alignment.
Lead stakeholder engagement across business, product, technology, and operations teams.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps, and drive mitigation plans with data-backed insights.
Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and final business sign-off.
Mandatory Skills
Extensive experience in Business Analysis with leadership ownership of large, complex programs.
Strong domain expertise in Fintech, Digital Wallets, Payments, or Banking platforms.
Proven experience in business model transitions, RTM ownership, and scope governance.
Experience leading multi-country or large-scale transformation programs.
Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, configuration-driven platforms, and data flows.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
