Business Analyst (Technical BA) †1 Position
Role Overview: Support technical integrations by documenting endpoints, flows, and requirements assist engineers and help configure vendor solutions.
Responsibilities:
Document technical integration requirements, API endpoints, and process flows.
Work closely with engineers to facilitate development and ensure clarity in technical documentation.
Assist in configuring and standing up vendor products and solutions.
Provide business domain expertise, ideally in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) compliance processes.
Support project management and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience as a technical business analyst in integration projects.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance processes is highly desirable.
Ability to work in Hyderabad office and overlap with EMEA hours as needed.
