Business Development & Sales
- Drive branch-level business growth across loan products (secured/unsecured).
- Develop and maintain relationships with local customers, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure healthy lead conversion ratios.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, including sales, credit, and back-office personnel.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivate the team to meet branch objectives.
- Maintain high employee engagement and promote a performance-driven culture.
Credit & Risk Management
- Oversee credit underwriting and ensure quality sourcing and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation standards, and KYC norms.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to maintain portfolio health and control delinquency.
Branch Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of branch operations, including customer service, documentation, and cash handling (if applicable).
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting (MIS) to the head office.
Compliance & Audit
- Adhere to RBI/NBFC regulations and company policies.
Ensure readiness for audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
