Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized
BA Cloud Commerce Consultant to support ongoing initiatives in the
SAP Commerce Cloud environment. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams, manage requirements, and drive Agile delivery through effective backlog and sprint management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare and maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Cloud Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud environments.
- High proficiency with JIRA for story creation, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities.
