Job Description:

We are seeking a 10+ years experienced Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery

- Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions

- Configure and implement software to meet client needs

- Deliver training and post-go-live support

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)

Data / Reconciliation platforms domain knowledge, IntelliMatch / DIM experience, Multi‑environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong functional experience with reconciliation platforms (IntelliMatch / DIM or equivalent)

Proven delivery of end‑to‑end reconciliation implementations or upgrades

Hands‑on configuration of reconciliation tool/s

Experience in implementing multiple types / variety of reconciliations

Strong capability in requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation

Experience supporting unit testing, SIT, and UAT

Ability to work directly with business users and operations teams

Strong documentation skills (solution design, scope, assumptions, test scenarios)

PREFERRED SKILLS

secondary skillset: Basic SQL or data analysis skills for validation and troubleshooting

Experience with production cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support

Background in banking or financial services operations

Prior involvement in multi‑entity or large‑scale enterprise reconciliations
