B2C Shipping Operations

Our client is a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider. They are looking for a professional who will handle their B2C Shipping Operations. They are strictly looking for professionals from E-commerce & Parcel Shipping Aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 510 lakh monthly B2C shipments across multiple courier/aggregator platforms

Lead complete first-mile to last-mile operations, ensuring smooth pickup, dispatch,

forward delivery, and returns.

Monitor and improve key performance metrics: RTO % (Return to Origin), Forward

Delivery %, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) closures, Delivery TAT and Cost per

shipment

Coordinate daily with courier partners to resolve escalations, routing issues, delays, or SLA

deviations.

Drive automation, process optimization, and performance governance across the

shipping workflow.
