Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
  • Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their financial needs and explain how a loan against mutual funds can benefit them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and offering solutions throughout the loan process.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements for the loan.
  • Sales Conversion:
  • Convert leads into successful loan applications by helping customers complete necessary documentation and ensuring all steps are followed accurately.
  • Ensure that mutual fund portfolios meet the necessary criteria for loan approval, and provide guidance to customers accordingly.
  • Assist customers in preparing all required documentation and submissions for the loan approval process.
  • Target Achievement Performance Tracking:
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets related to loans against mutual fund applications.
  • Track individual performance against sales goals and take necessary actions to improve conversion rates.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with customer interactions, application status, and sales progress.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the operations, and tech team to ensure the smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursal.
  • Provide relevant feedback and insights to the team for process improvements and better customer service.
  • Market Research Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the loan against mutual fund space.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to better address customer queries and objections.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or loans.
  • Experience in selling loan products, especially loans against mutual funds, is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex financial products in simple, understandable terms.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
