Looking for target-driven sales professionals to manage outbound inside sales, achieve quotas, and drive customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
End-to-end B2C sales lead generation to post-sales support
Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and generate references
Engage with company executives/professionals for B2C products
Maintain CRM records and provide insights for product improvement
Requirements:
03 yrs inside sales / outbound calling experience
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Comfortable with MS Excel & CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor's degree; BFSI / EdTech / B2C experience a plus
