Roles & Responsibility
- Engage directly with online inquiries via website, social media, and phone leads.
- Respond to customer queries, providing accurate product information and data.
- Manage engagement on third-party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Drive cross-promotion and establish partnerships with quick-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo).
- Plan strategic marketing campaigns and support promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Share customer insights with management to understand preferences and market trends.
- Track customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Online B2C sales through social media platforms, luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium gifting.
- Senior-level professionals are preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital sales platforms.
Experience managing third-party e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Ability to establish cross-partnerships with quick-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Flexibility to work across varying hours and remote locations.
