Job Description

We are a Bengaluru-based firm specialising in property legal verification, documentation, and post-registration compliance services. We partner with property buyers, sellers, builders, developers, and homeowners to streamline and accelerate property documentation across the real estate lifecycle. Our services include legal verification, sale agreements, sale deeds, khata transfers, property registration, power of attorney, BESCOM name transfers, and property tax services.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic B2C Sales Executive to drive direct-to-customer sales for our property documentation and legal verification services. You will engage with individual property buyers, sellers, and homeowners—converting inbound leads, handling walk-ins, and conducting outbound outreach to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads—respond promptly, qualify requirements, and convert them into paying clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective property buyers, sellers, and homeowners to generate new business.
  • Understand each client's property documentation needs (legal verification, sale agreements, khata transfers, registration, etc.) and recommend the right service package.
  • Walk clients through the service process, timelines, pricing, and documentation requirements to build trust and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets for revenue and number of files processed.
  • Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through service completion, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to hand over client cases accurately and track progress until delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to improve service quality and identify new service opportunities.
  • Stay updated on our full service portfolio, pricing changes, and any regulatory updates affecting property transactions in Bengaluru.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2C sales, tele-sales, or inside sales—preferably in real estate, legal services, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus.
  • Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Basic understanding of property transactions and documentation processes in Karnataka is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
