About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B E-commerce Operations & MIS Executive to manage and optimize our operations across leading marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing insightful data analysis to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including order processing and inventory management.

Monitor sales performance and generate detailed MIS reports.

Maintain and update dashboards using MS Excel, employing functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, customer service) and external stakeholders (marketplace account managers, logistics partners).

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for performance improvement.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to share insights with the management team.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory.

Hands-on experience managing listings, orders, and performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with marketplace compliance, seller dashboards, and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience working with top-tier e-commerce sellers or service providers.
