Role Description
- Respond to inbound inquiries and deliver exceptional sales support
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals
- Lead B2B sales initiatives and close new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through strategic outreach
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with QA/QC Managers, Lab Supervisors, and Engineers
- Represent a broad portfolio of laboratory equipment, testing machines, and climatic chambers
- Drive market awareness through relationship-building and consistent engagement
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in B2B or technical sales
- Strong command of English, written and spoken (proficiency in Arabic or French is an advantage, but not mandatory)
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Sales training or certification is an added advantage
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
