Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a B2B School Partnership Sales professional. The role involves establishing and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions to integrate Avishkaar's curriculum and solutions. You will generate leads, pitch innovative offerings, and build long-term relationships with school administrators and educators. Responsibilities also include delivering presentations, identifying market opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and relationship management with B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage educators and school administrators.
  • Familiarity with EdTech solutions or educational resources, along with a passion for engaging schools in innovation and technology.
  • Ability to manage projects, achieve sales targets, and identify emerging trends in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Prior experience in B2B or education sector sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred.
